Farrah was very rude to me when I visited today to sign up for service. I was initially upset with some of the fees that weren't explained to me at 1st. But then she said and I quote "so you know how this company runs?" And when I asked to immediately speak to a manager or supervisor she lied and said that there wasn't any, even there was . The supervisor took my complaintand had another employee handle me.. I almost left abs went til at&t because of Farrah

Customers came in after us with the same name. There was no other way to prove who was in first. We said we were in here first, the other person said they didn't know if they were or not. An employee came over and wrongly said it was the other couple were first. She didn't check us in, we watched her check the other couple in. There is no take a number system only first names and obviously people don't check the list to make sure there aren't duplicate names. Literally three employees doing nothing and two helping customers.
Going to the store was ok. What the problem really is, is the customer service over phone. I would say that its terrible and substandard. Even when I tried to find out where the store was located, I couldn't just make a regular phone call to find it out. Recording wanted to know if I was an existing customer or not just to find out where the store is at. How ridiculous!!! This is the reason for one star. You guys have terrible customer service period...

The staff were very nice and helpful for my equipment return when I bought my own modem/router combo. They did not try to sell anything to me as some other services have done in the past, and were very pleasant to talk with. Plus was in and out in 5 minutes, great service!
While the woman who worked with me was nice to me she was very short and rude to another customer who just needed help. I was thinking about internet service so I'm sure she saw me as a sale, but after way she treated the woman who had a problem with her bill, there is no way I'll go with this company. The man who greeted everyone was incredibly nice and he is the reason I gave them 2 stars.
Very rude customer service. Farrah was the lady that "helped" me. She never once looked up from her pad that she was writing notes on. Waited for 20 minutes for nothing. She never once asked for my name or to look up customer profile. I have had better service from a guy on the phone that can barely speak english. I would suggest sticking with calling the 1800 number then going to that store.

TJ hooked me up. In today's environment, it is nearly impossible to get through a customer service interaction without a corporate mandated upsell. TJ helped me resolve my issue and asked me what else I needed. Professional but not pushy. I will continue to use Xfinity.

This place is a joke, the service and customer service all a joke! Nobody has a clue how to do their job, you get run around after run around! The idea of calling and speaking to a non english speaking individual gives me anxiety every time as I know my time that is valuable is thouroughly wasted and no results ever come from the lengthy customer service calls!

I was the ONLY customer in the store and there were two employees behind the counter. I had a fairly simple question about their cell phone service and the answer I received was " our systems are down!" and they went back to talking to each other as if I wasn't even there.

I tried signing up online for a 1 year plan at $60/month. Every single box said 60/mo--then I click agree. And now the next screen says 70/mo. I didn't realize I needed to screen shot everything to not ripped off. Thought I was dealing with a reputable business.
20 people waiting... One employee slower than molasses and the other even slower. Seems like a company that knows for a fact customers will be arriving non stop all day long would have it least five or more assisting employees to prevent such an extremely long wait. Terrible service. Nice store though.
Why did you move from Howell/Hartland area?Have to let mobil subscribers know! Also let them know if you have an Apple phone, that apple cannot offer an upgrade unless you pay for the phone!! Have to upgrade thru Xfinity...learn the hard way with lots of miles on the auto!!!
The wait was quite long for 4 people behind the counter on a Wednesday. The return I was making was very quick and easy, but I was surprised I had to wait so long, and there was no where to wait, really.
I went in here today because I can't seem to get Comcast to install new service at our new construction home in Brighton. The girl at the counter was absolutely no help all she did was read me the stuff on the screen and said there was nothing she could do don't waste your time going here unless you have equipment to turn in because they are not helpful at all for anything else. I have been calling Comcast for 4 months to get a line ran from the road to the house when all the neighbors currently have Comcast and for some reason every person I talk to doesn't do anything and it's still not done

They were very polite, efficient and professional. I've been a member for two decades. But they became too expensive for me to continue to do so.
Poor knowledge of products and service
Pick a time when it's not busy or risk getting stuck in a long wait in line. They're helpful and better informed than the service employees when I've called so I prefer going here for my needs when possible. It saves time in the long run.
Incredibly cryptic sales person. They kept offering me different services than what I was asking for. I looked online ahead of time and knew what I wanted and the sales person said that deal was not available at my location at that price. That was a lie. After 30 minutes of them trying to offer me packages and other "deals" I got the service I saw online at the price I saw online. They consistently lied to get me to buy more services so they could get better commission.
Getting my phone service is fast and efficient, now if they would just stop increasing my internet bill

I was told by Xfinfity customer service to go to the store to show proof of lease when I moved into the new apartment. I do that. However, the associate that helped me at the store failed to enter into the notes that I had provided the proof required. So after several more calls and being on hold for countless hours, I still do not have service. I am deeply disappointed in the service that Xfinity/Comcast is providing. No apologies for the inconvenience have been given by anyone I've spoken too.

They 100% scammed us at this location. We were told we would receive a 30 day free trial of internet services so we could decide if we liked the plan we were on. We get to day 30 and we are billed for that 30 day free trial and the next month. We are confused and call to find out that the 30 days free would only be free under certain conditions. We were not told this in any way shape or form and obviously didnt meet the conditions. We were told we had a free 30 days, point blank. On top of that, we were told we would get a discount that was never applied. Our agent who set us up blatantly lied to us. We reached out to customer service to see if we could push the 30 day payment back because we cannot afford it at the time (we are two twenty somethings in our first apartment) and they did absolutely nothing to help. If you're thinking of going to this location, I highly recommend AT&T on I-69 by the mall. I wont stand for blatant lies and false advertising.

Literally I hate Comcast and cannot wait to replace them with a new ISP. That being said, I went in to the Eastwood store today and it was amazing!!!! The gentleman came out and opened the door for us as we approached, the woman at the desk was very kind and helpful. The greeter noticed my daughter didn’t have a seat and brought one over for her. We are talking about a company that I have despised for years but whatever they are doing at this location is a game changer.
Cable providers are almost worse than car dealers at this point. The people in the Hartland store are super nice, I just feel bad they work for a horrible company. Signed a 24 month deal in Nov 2018, and my rate has gone up $30 a month since with no explanation.
I use the kiosk for quick payments. That is very convenient. If I need assistance I will see a person. Thank you for putting that in. Maybe you should consider putting one of those outside for after hours payments, or on the side of the building for drive-up payments. Just a quick suggestion. 10 out of 10.
3 stars because of the 2 helpful customer service agents. ZERO stars for the lady with the attitude, rolling eyes, arguing w/ coworker (couldn't see complete name tag because of her hair, but it had "isha" at the end of her name). She was not friendly, not courteous or professional.
Incredibly helpful staff and a zero wait time when we were there. Much better experience than trying to get hold of a human being via their phone system.
This was the second time I was at this store. Both times I was quickly greeted and was out in 15 minutes. Problems solved and what I thought was record times.
